How did you get over your first heartbreak? I’ve been struggling.

Just believe that the heartbreak was a gift in itself. Cry if you have to, but it won’t be forever!

Woman wakes up to a strange sensation beneath her, abused?

An Australian man has been sentenced to two years in jail for breaking into a woman's home and licking her private parts.
A woman was sleeping in bed with her boyfriend in their home in Potts Point, a suburb of Sydney, when she woke up to somebody licking her private parts. When she first woke up, she thought it was her boyfriend, but after about 20 seconds, she realized that it was not him.
The woman reached over and felt her boyfriend sleeping next to her, grabbed his arm and told him, "Someone is there."
"What the f**K," her boyfriend said. "Who are you?"
According to the Daily Mail, Joseph Taouk, 35, has been sentenced to jail for breaking into the couple's home at around 3:30 a.m. on February 9, 2015.
When Taouk was caught, he responded, "Sorry, sorry I thought this was the boarding house. The front door was open."
The woman's boyfriend walked Taouk out of his home and returned to the bedroom to find his girlfriend sobbing, feeling terrified and violated by what happened. She felt physically sick and had to take a shower after the incident.
She said she didn't want to tell police initially, but when she told her stepfather the next day, he took her to Kings Cross police to file a report.
Later that day, police found Taouk "nervous and sweating" walking around the area.
According to the Sydney Morning Herald, Taouk has been sentenced to a minimum of two years in jail after he pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting the woman and breaking into her home.
New South Wales District Court Judge Paul Conlan spoke during the sentencing about how the woman expressed that she has suffered psychologically since the "life changing event."
The judge explained that police arrested Taouk after his DNA was found on the victim's pajama pants. He was also captured in CCTV footage on the street of the victim's home.
Taouk wrote an apology letter, which Judge Conlan read in court. In the letter, Taouk says he was suffering from a mental illness at the time of the incident.
"I am sincerely sorry towards making the victim feel so disgusted and violated and wish none of this had ever happened,' Taouk wrote in the letter. "I am so sorry with all my heart and hope the victim is getting better with her life, no woman deserves that in her life."
Taouk said in the letter that he was "absolutely delusional at the time," and that his decisions were made because he was "just following voices."
Judge Conlan said that he took Taouk's mental illness into consideration when sentencing him.
Taouk will be eligible for parole on March 16.

What should be made of InI Edo's insight regards her divorce?

Nollywood actress Ini Edo said she is happy to have divorced her husband
Ini Edo got married to an American based businessman, Phillip in 2008.
She allegedly walked out of the marriage in September, 2014 following accusations of domestic violence and cheating.
Speaking on ‘Rubbing Minds’ a Channel Television programme, the actress cited irresolvable differences and incompatibility as the major reasons for the crash of her marriage.
Ini Edo said that closeness should have, may be, saved her marriage since her former husband was in America and she in Nigeria.
She said, “May be being together would have helped keep us together. Because it would enable us study and understand each other more. May be it would helped but I’m not sure.
Asked if her estranged husband was comfortable with her kind of job, she said, “He met me an actress and I believe he was okay with that.
“Actually he complained. My work takes my time and interferes with so many things.
“I tried to keep my [movie] roles as decent as possible when I got married. But naturally, there are certain roles you won’t be allowed to play.
“Even when you are allowed to play them, you can reject them not just because of your husband but you got relations as well.
Asked if her former husband’s family interfered in her marriage, she added, “He was the last child, so family members will try to see if their child is doing okay.
“I try not to regret [the time I spent in marriage] but I will say, it’s been an experience I have learnt a lot from. It made me a stronger person. It made me wiser and I think it actually made me more mature.”
